So i really realy like sam lol. she is such a cool chick lol. whenever i think about her or see her i get happy. I have never felt like this before about someone in person. She has been getting me into so realy cool bands. Rookie of the Year is a very good band lol. She made me a CD today and one of the other bands on it was Rise Against and the song swing life away. Really good song. Think I am going to do a cover of it. We spent most of the day together. Had a little BBQ at my house. ate a lot and now I am full lol.

I am going to school tomorrow. I'm really nervous, especially since starting like over a week after everyone else. After getting out of hospital, drs said i need to take it easy to finish healing. While spending time lying down and taking it easy was doing school work that mom had gotten from my school so i'm not really behind at all. Also, not like there was much work from first week of school haha. But yea pretty nervous about starting school. it's a new school, only one I know there is Ashton. Aftaid how people will react or if they will say anything. I guess in good news, Sam said if it is really that bad at my school then i should come to her school and she will make sure i have an amazingly fun time lol

Trying to think if there is any other new news. I guess if i have to think about it not really news haha or new lol. wish me luck on my first day as a freshman at a big school with me biing gimpy and crutching around with one crutch lol

Long Time no blog.

As most of you know i've been in the hospital. I'm out now, and sooo happy about being home lol. I had surgery on my broken leg. Guess you can say it isnt broken anymore. I want to thank everyone who visited or sent cards.

I'm looking forward to starting school even though i will be starting late because of the hospital stay but it is so boring here. would be better if mom wasnt nagging me all the time to get school work done that she brought home for me from my school so i wouldnt get too far behind. Hearing Clifton talk about starting a new school has made me less nervous. I know it wont be as bad as i thought it would be.

Thanks Paul for the emails telling me to keep updating. Happy I finally did now? lol

In other news Sam cam over today again after she was done school and we started talking and stuff and we are kinda b/f and g/f now hehe. I haven't really stopped smiling since hehe. I really like her, and i know she likes me for me, unlike my last (and first) g/f who seemed to want me to be someone else and be someone I can't be. did i mention how happy i was? lol

i guess that is all that is really new. Not to much exciting and happy happen until today hehe. Gonna go for now and keep waiting for Clifton to come back to computer lol.

I kissed a girl and I liked it...

So Clifton was telling me to update so here we go... lol

Clifton was away for the weekend so I decided to take a break from the computer and be social. Would have been easier to be social and hang out with people if i didnt have a broken leg lol. I did spend the weekend with Sam and Scott. Mostly Sam. I really like Sam... a lot. (btw Sam is a girl) so on saturday night we were watching movies and we kissed.. I did like it a lot lol. we have been talking like every day and wave to each other every night (we live across the street from each other). I'm really happy she has moved in across the street :)

Lets see, what else is new? I have started using a wheelchair for now because the other day when i was hopping i fell and landed on my bad leg. that was not fun at all. I don't feel comfortable enough to use one crutch. I tried and that also almost ended badly. Would be so much easier if there was a way I could use 2 crutches. Next week have a check up so they can see how my leg is doing. Hope it is doing well. The sooner I can get my cast off the better!

The state fair is here and its a huge deal. it's been advertised for months. You can get fried anything or anything on a stick even salad! I think we are going tomorrow. Should be fun. Will let u all know how it goes!

Some advice for people like me...

so if you have a habit of being a cluts or bad luck, dont jump off a picnic table to try and slam dunk a ball because u might just land wrong like i did and break my leg. it sucks but what are you to do. I have to deal with it, make the best of it and move on! My cast is light blue, and goes almost to my knee. for sure the worst part of it was when they had to set the bone. hurt so bad. now I am trying to get used to one armed crutching lol. definately harder than i expected. havent been using the crutch a whole lot, just hopping. they suggested a wheelchair since crutching will be hard with one arm but i don;t like that idea lol. i still have one good leg so might as well use it lol.

I went back to vacation bible school today and everyone was suprised to see me. got a huge welcome which was really cool. have a lot of signatures on my cast and have only had it a day lol. I signed cliftons name on my cast so it would be like he signed it lol (i know i am a dork like that) instead of being one of the people running sports like i had been I was moved to running crafts with Abby. She seems pretty cool. Will also be going to my high school so nice to know someone else.

I talked to my pastor who was at VBS and told him i wanted to be a youth pastor and asked him more about what it would take and how to get the skills and where to study and stuff. we had a really good talk. I'm more excited now. think it will be really cool. i like finding something i want to do when i am out of school and it having a good chance of happening :)

now back to talking to clifton. he is waiting for me and going away for the weekend so wont be able to talk to him for days :( lol also going to take something to help with the pain in my leg.

hey all. so i was just on cliftons video blog thing and he played some of my music which was kinda embarrassing lol but also pretty cool. i also realised its been a while since i blogged lol so here it goes.

when at church on sunday the pastor said more volunteers were needed for the vacation bible school so mom volunteered me. she said that way i will meet some people who will be going to my high school. I was kinda mad at her at first for doing that, but it has been really fun and i have met some really cool people. Hey paul! told u i would mention you lol. i've been incharge of the sports and activites with a few other people. today we did soccer which was cool since that is my fav. sport lol

Sam and scott (neighbors accross the street) got back the other day from vacation so been talking to them which is cool. hope to hang out more this weekend with them.

its been really hot here this week. times like these are why i am glad we have a pool lol. now only if clifton could be over here swimming lol.

Summer is almost over :(

in 19 days i start school again. Ashton and I are going to the big catholic school here. I am kinda nervous, but doubt it will be that bad. Mainly nervous because at my last school it was k-12 so i have been going to school with everyone there most of my life so they are used to me having one arm, from the time we were little kids to now. to them I am just Gage, but afraid at the new school they wont see me as just Gage. I am afraid people will see me as the kid with one arm before they see me as Gage. I mean there is so much more to me than that but people tend to judge before they get to know you and i hope that doesnt happen here at the new school... Anyways whatelse... Dress code is a little different than my last school. Main difference being i'm gonna have to cut my hair. I like having longer hair. Jesus had longer hair so why can't I? lol joking. Its kinda funny tho cause i almost cried when i read i would have to cut my hair lol. what guy almost cries at the fact he will have to cut his hair lol.

Had a talk with mom today about somethings Aiden found. Hoped it would bring parents back together but it looks like our hopes wont happen..

Don't remember my dream last night. I need to remember to write them down as soon as i wake up, lol.

I'm listening to paramore night now. man she has such a good voice and really cute. i kinda have a crush on her. today i talked to a few friends who I haven't talked to in a while so that was cool! hope things go better for him when he comes back from vacation :)

Titanic is on tv. kinda watching it with Clifton lol He apparently knows all the words lol. i think i was 4 when this movie came out lol i never really got into it. I like movies i remember seeing in theaters lol.

Church and brunch tomorrow other than that no real plans. I hope Jesse (Clifton's brother) has a good birthday! hope everyone has a good night and a great tomorrow.
